Dr Francesca Maria Montanari focused her final thesis on the new European regulation on the import of cultural goods. The regulation is still not in force within the member States and there are many doubts and uncertainties concerning its impact in the art market. She believes that organizing some training sessions for practitioners would be very useful to face the doubts and be ready for the entrance into force of the regulation by the end of 2020.
Moreover, Dr Montanari believes that sharing knowledge is precious. She would like to create some project groups with project partners in order to study and explore different topics of cultural property law. The aim would be to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each subject of study so that any problem-solving can then be proposed through information session. Then combine a preliminary phase of study with a practice of field activities.
Contribution
Dr Montanari intends to participate in the Academic project by organising seminars, webinars concerning the Import of Cultural goods and project groups.
