Ms Oleva launched the new educational and informational platform ArtLaw.club which is open to any person interested, privately or professionally, in the cultural heritage and art law.
Ms Oleva proposes to participate in the UCAP project and disseminate articles, papers, materials related to the 1995 Convention. This is especially topical for Latvia, since in November 2018 the Parliament of Latvia excerpted and the President proclaimed a law on the accession to the 1995 UNIDROIT Convention and the 1970 UNESCO Convention. The dissemination will occur through the ArtLaw.club platform and its supporting social media channels.
Ms Oleva is also willing to disseminate information regarding courses, seminars and other educational events related to the 1995 Convention, as well as possibly participate.
