With a doctoral research on the resolution of international cultural heritage disputes, Samuel Bologna (LL.B, Universidade Federal do Paraná; LL.M, Université Panthéon-Assas) deals, on the one hand, with the articulation of the various norms at the international, regional and national levels in the context of cultural property disputes involving States and/or parties of different nationalities and, on the other hand, with the procedural and jurisdictional aspects of the available means for the settlement of such disputes.

Contribution:

Mr Samuel Bologna would contribute to the UCAP with information and updates from France concerning the protection of cultural property as well as assisting in the organization and promotion of UCAP initiatives in Paris.
