The topic of return of cultural property to its owner (for example, private person or state of export) has been in the focus of her academic interest for the past four years.
Contribution
Ms Bohdan is currently doing her PhD research on the topic “International Law Cooperation in the Sphere of Return of Illicitly Trafficked Cultural Properties to is State of Origin”. Her research could contribute to improvement of 1995 UNIDROIT Convention functionality.
